More than talk therapy Emotional Release is a trauma-informed, evidence-backed, bodywork method that helps you move emotions, stress, and trauma stored in your body. Rooted in both modern nervous system science and ancient somatic wisdom, this work goes beyond the mind to resolve chronic symptoms, restore flow, presence, and deeper self-connection.
What is Emotional Release?
A somatic healing process rooted in nervous system science, fascia intelligence, and the body’s innate wisdom.
We work with the fascial system - a living, sensory tissue that contracts and holds memory in response to trauma. Through breath, movement, and emotional expression, we gently access these holding patterns and allow what’s been frozen to begin to move.
This work is both clinical and intuitive, scientific and sacred. It’s a return to the body’s natural rhythm - the one you were born with, before you were taught to suppress, override, or abandon yourself.
What emotional release is not ?
It is not talk therapy. We don’t analyze or rehash stories - we work directly with the body’s intelligence to complete the interrupted emotional cycles of your past.

What happens in a session?
Each session is unique, but may include:
Guided breathwork and somatic movement
Emotional expression techniques
Parts work (Internal Family Systems)
Learning to decode the wisdom in your symptoms
Touch and fascial release
This work invites the parts of you that have been exiled, rejected or ignored - the angry child, the grieving teen, the frozen adult - to be seen, felt, and unshamed in the presence of a safe witness.
